Career FAQS

We follow a scientific and simple recruitment process at KMTEQ. You can apply to any positions/roles that you feel you best fit in. You will then undergo a two-step interview process; HR interview followed by Technical interview.

Candidates shortlisted in the HR interview qualify for the technical interview. Selected candidates are issued offer letters.

Your application will undergo an initial screening, to assess the suitability for the applied position/role. If your profile is found suitable, you will receive a call from our HR team within 3 working days from the date of application.

In case of non-suitability of your profile for the role, you will receive an email notification from the HR team intimating the same within 2 working days.

The results of the final i.e. the technical interview will be communicated within 5 working days. Post confirmation on the selection, offer letter will be issued by our HR Team within 2 working days.

We will assess the suitability of your profile to any of the open positions or consider your profile for any future requirements. You profile goes to our active profile repository. You will receive an email from our HR team, once we have found you a suitable opening.

Yes, you can reapply post 6 months from the date of the previous interview with us.
